At Mythmaker Brewing, our goal is to make beer that everyone can enjoy. We know that all palates are different and will present a beer list that runs the gamut from pale to black, sweet to sour, and traditional to experimental.  We will be brewing a variety of beers on our seven barrel brewhouse with the idea that every time you stop by our taproom we will have something new for you to explore.  Who knows, you may also be there for one of our random tappings of a brand new beer!

West Coast Double Pilsner

Double Pilsner brewed with Hello Brew Co with 100% Root Shoot Malt. Hopped with Centennial, Chinook, Simcoe, and Columbus CGX.

Delicious Compliance - Hazy IPA

Hazy IPA brewed with wheat and oats. Hopped and double dry hopped with El Dorado, Citra, and Idaho 7 hops. Named after Tom's initial reluctance to this style of beer. 

Margarita Gose - Sour Ale

Kettle soured Wheat Ale brewed with calamansi fruit, lime peel, and sea salt.

Saison - Saison Ale

Brewed with 100% Troubadour Malted barley and wheat. Classic Saison.

Brett Beer fermented in a spent white wine barrel with Brettanomyces Brux III.

Orange Creamsicle - Cream Ale

Cream Ale brewed with Blood Orange and Vanilla. New Belgium Brewing collab!

Beechwood smoked pineapple Lager.

New Zealand IPA

India Pale Ale brewed with New Zealand Hops. Citrus and tropical fruit flavors.

Blackberry Whizbang - Sour Ale

Kettle soured wheat ale brewed with lemon peel, lemongrass, and grains of paradise. Conditioned with blackberry puree.

Belgian Pale Ale

Belgian style copper ale with toasty, bready flavors and U.K. hops.

It's A Circle - West Coast Style IPA

West Coast IPA's are cool again! This IPA was brewed with American Pale and Vienna malts. Hopped with Columbus, Mosaic, and Cascade hops. Not hazy! 

Double Red - Imperial Red Ale

Big, malty, 8.0% alc/vol Imperial Red Ale brewed with Root Shoot Malt and Altus Hops. 

Iced Coffee Brown

Brown Ale brewed with lactose and coffee from Conundrum Coffee.

2ND Breakfast

Oatmeal Stout brewed with Hazelnut Coffee from Cafe Richesse.
